Along side their other duties, like getting new talent on board, still imagine that they have time blocked out to maintain contact. Not certain if it's every day/week like was before commitment, but certainly enough (however long that is) to keep them from feeling ignored. Probably an aspect of recruiting that goes unnoticed by us fans.

That's something Day & Co do a really good job at imo. They stay vigilant with committed recruits and don't count their chickens until the ink dries. I would imagine we stay in frequent contact here.
