6'5", 160 lbs.; teenage years are great. Make sure you've got the paternal psychological supremacy dialed in, because you've probably got two years, tops, before physical supremacy is not remotely on the table.
edit: I started lifting with my son this year. He's only 13, but it's going to be an interesting experience in 3 or 4 years when he starts outlifting me.
edit2: Speaking of mutants, I've read a mythstory that Mike Tyson got on the bench press for the first time in his life, at age 13, and cranked out ten reps of 225. It seems impossible but, in his case, borderline believable.
Funny story about Mike Tyson, my father was a guard at the New York Division for Youth where Tyson spent one of his many stints before being discovered by Kevin Rooney and Cus D'amato. He was one of the guards who witnessed Tyson, at 13, knocking other guards OUT COLD! I can believe the bench press story, because I remember my dad vividly telling his friends, and me overhearing, about this kid who could be a boxing champ if given the chance.
In his 30 for 30, Dennis Rodman grew 6-7in in college because he finally was getting 3 square meals. Its crazy what nutrition can do a boy/man's body when he's still growing. They also probably have parents who feed them!
