2026 OH CB Elbert Hill (USC Verbal)

Guess the kid's a 5* for a reason. Here's hoping that he re-looks at the Buckeyes to play his next 3-4 years. Mayhaps playing Sanchez (above some of the other CBs waiting in line), gives him pause. Although his Lambo won't rust (no salt on roads in Cali), he can trade in his tricked-out Range Rover in Ohio when he gets a bit of rust on the quarter panels....

Time to move on from him. OSU won’t give an offer close to what USC has, and I wouldn’t expect them to

Having gone from snowy C'bus to sunny LA, diving into a swim pool in December, surfacing and picking a grapefruit overhanging the pool, yeah I get that. That was the set-up my soon-to-be inlaws used to get me to California. Then on to the Rose Bowl, to watch tOSU beat up USC and OJ. Got shown a great time, driving up the PCH (Pacific Coast Highway), towards Malibu, and having seafood overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean. And that's without the USC song girls in their tight sweaters and lipstick making you feel like 'the guy'. Can definitely see the pull.
OJ? Good, Lord, how old are you?

Pfffft, did the same thing myself. Drove to Cbus, dove into a swimming pool in December (fortunately the ice wasn't too thick), surfaced and grabbed a snowball and a shot of Fireball. Then drove the 3C Highway towards Cleveland, had walleye in Vermillion overlooking Lake Erie.

Pretty 'seasoned' JCO. The above was pretty much my first venture into California. Am so old, remember asking my father (who had taken me to my first tOSU game), 'Dad, how can Hopalong Cassidy be on the field for the Buckeyes, when I watched him on tv yesterday?' Ask your grandfather, he might remember Hopalong from tv. And to your experience, took wife and daughter to Lake Erie in July and had perch in Huron. No swimming, but remembering some great times on Lake Erie.
