Excellent reps there in an event that really makes it hard for the DBs to win. Love it.

I came away with the exact opposite takeaway. They were really bad reps helped by even worse QB play.

There was one that seems to be deleted where he was beat by about 7 yards but the QB threw it so late that he recovered to break it up.

S(c)am Webb isn't a popular figure around these parts, but this is a good interview with the HC at Springfield HS talking about Scott's talent and his recruitment:

Some positive talk about Day and OSU. I'm feeling even better about Scott becoming a Buckeye(though I've never waned in my belief that he'll be a Buckeye in the end)

Doesn't hurt that you walk around Springfield any given day and 80% of the people are rocking Buckeye gear. Not dispositive of course, but doesn't hurt that he is deep in Buckeye country.

I honestly don't know, but looking at his predictions he's 11-12, with predictions for Scott and Jayden Jackson pending. His one miss is Caleb Downs. It looks like he only puts it in for Ohio State.

Holbrook was an apprentice under Birm, when Birm was at Letterman Row. But when Birm joined Ward and Landis at Rivals, LR/On3 is attempting to make Holbrook their new Birm. So in a word, he is connected with OSU

WILL THE BUCKEYES GET HIM?

Yes, eventually. As is the case with West, there’s no reason to think Scott won’t be a Buckeye. He’s just going to do it on his time, which shouldn’t be any earlier than this summer, and after he’s spent June taking official visits. But even that may be too early to expect him to pull the trigger.

He can commit whenever he wants. The key is making sure it’s understood that he’s in control of when that happens.

Dead on. I would guess a July or August commitment, he'll want to pull the trigger before his senior year but after he goes through the process.
