"No worries" and "Cheers". I'm as guilty of these as many, but however appropriate the usage in rugby circles or with people from the UK, Oz, SA, NZ, etc., their utterance in normal American cirmcumstances sounds staged and poseur-ish and I kick myself in the ass every time one slips out.

I had to go look this up on urbandictionary.com, I had NO IDEA what it was. After reading the definition I saw this.

So as an addendum to this, please stop saying any word as a "short form" that is actually longer than the original word being replaced. :biggrin:

Don't get your panties in a bunch, Shawty. At the end of the day, all dialect crosses geographical boundaries. I could care less about the metrics involved, you have to drink the koolaide once in a while if you're going to be in like flint. It's literally an old wise tale that curiosity killed the cat. You need to research a bit instead of sitting on the sidelines claiming you woulda, shoulda, coulda. Pick the low hanging fruit and you won't have to do something drastic like join a gang. No worries, you'll be there one day, Boo.
