Its 28, that's twenty eight, as in how many points per game tsun's defense gave up on average last year (actually 28.92).

28: as in 80 spots higher in the national rankings than tsun's '09 passing offense (108th).
28: as in 81 spots higher in the national rankings than tsun's '09 total offense (109th).
28: as in 84 spots higher in the national rankings than tsun's '09 passing efficiency (112th).
