I might be able to help, @ 6'4", 285 lb. DE. Former Ohio Northern Polar Bear and Capital Crusader. 225 x26 and a 4.9-5.0 40 yd. dash.
However, my last year of playing college ball was 1998, so the only workout regimen I've had since then are 1,500+ keystrokes a day :lift:

push it to 3,000 keystrokes and add in a couple reps of 12oz curls and you'll be fine.

I would like to volunteer my services, though I won't make it to the golf outing. I'm 6' 180lbs and I can run pretty fast. I can catch, but I can't run routes worth a shit. I can't tackle or cover anybody who's remotely good at running routes. I can't read a defense worth crap, and can't recognize the same offensive play if it's run 12 times in a row. Maybe you can find a position for me to showcase my skills. If not, you guys could write notes to the scUM coaching staff about my skills, they've been recruiting guys like me in their secondary for years.

While I never possessed blazing speed, after my second knee surgery my college coach told me he would be timing my 40 with a sun dial.:)

I got the last laugh though as after they changed coaches he ended up working in Coca Cola bottling plant, on the shop floor.

Good you are willing to take one for the team. You could go to SCUM and make sure as many players as possible have bottles in their hands at all parties and like to masturbate outside womens' windows.
