Bradley has ripped on the Big-10 before so this isn't exactly new material for him.

I've had fanciful thoughts about Colin choking on the Pac-10 cock that he sucks after the Bucks win a game. But then I remember that he's a hack. He, being part of the media, spins shit so as to keep a paycheck coming. He'll never admit squat except that he's the greatest CFB mind out there.

Beyond the fact that 2+ year old results are irrelevant, OSU gave up 25 (23 by the offense) to UT. No other opponent held them below 40. PSU mustered all of 17 points, with one of those touchdowns coming off of superb field position (inside the 5 maybe?). Yep, the 2005 OSU defense was awful. :slappy:

Brutalized in [strike]Tempe[/strike] Glendale (Thanks, BB73!). No doubt. Ugly game. Defense was shredded.

Illinois scored 28 points (*cough* 21 *cough*). Bad game for the defense, but it was 28 points. OSU wasn't blown out of the water, they got beat. And that's the only game in which OSU has allowed more than 17 points. You want to rip OSU's defense, go right ahead, but keep this in mind:

The vaunted LSU defense gave up 34 to Alabama. Alabama! The same 'Bama that lost to ULM! LSU has given up 17+ 6 times (all in the last seven weeks). Missouri has given up 28 or more points 5 times this season. And 24+ 3 additional times. WV has given up 17+ 6 times. OU has given up 17 or more 7 times (all in the last 9 weeks).

What a preposterous argument. I'm glad I don't get worked up over this stuff. It just isn't worth it.

He has Hawaii as a #6 seed playing OSU at the Shoe on December 15th...........and winning. :shake:

I don't usually pay atention to the people ripping us but what the fuck. Has any team in the history of CFB ever had this kind of lack of respect after one fucking loss? This is just flat getting out of hand.

Pac 10: 5-3
Big 10: 5-4
SEC: 7-7
ACC: 9-10
B12: 5-6
BE: 7-8

Wow, Really? So the Big East is the new SEC now? The SEC gets totally eliminated from the picture of the NC Game and all the sudden WVU is the "team to beat all teams" and "Faster than Florida was last year". What happened to the LSU? Thats right they lost twice. I usually take this shit with a grain of salt, and tend to welcome it as motivation for our team and I haven't been a person to get pissed or even listen to idiots like this, but this tOSU bashing has just gotten completely out of hand.

Schlabach has even been quoted on PTI as stating he would not watch the NC Game if it was WVU and tOSU. His reasoning..."WVU's speed is unmatched in the NCAA, I don't want to see Ohio State lose by 5 touchdowns".

Honestly I think this is worst it has ever been as far as bashing the Big Ten for it's "Slower Competition". First the SEC is faster, Now it's the Big East, what's next, the WAC(Hawaii) is superior to tOSU because of it's unmatched speed...please, give me a break. Do people actually believ these idiots when they speak, IMHO it makes me sick to my stomach.

Who the hell is Mark Schlabach and why should I give a shit what games he will or won't watch?

All I know is, whoever he is, his inbox is probably full..... proving that whoever the hell he is, he's no idiot. He can exploit our fan base's defensive nature for "ratings" just like everyone else does. And, of course, they do it because we take the bait. I don't mean anyone person in particular, and certainly not any one from this board... I talking generally about the people who figure by writing or calling or whatever that you stand any chance of changing someone's mind.... these fuckers don't believe what they're saying. They're playing you. And, if they DO believe what they're saying, then they're not worth the effort.
