I think the conversion was good. His knee didn't go down on the dive and he broke the plane ever so slightly before the ball was knocked loose (either by the ground or the defender's foot). I'm disappointed though that the BTN did not seem to have a goalline camera on that play. It's one thing when something like that is lacking from just any old TV network. It's quite another when it's the conference's own TV network - it's negligent.

Why? All 3 points would do is force Nebraska to a Touchdown. If NWern scores a touchdown they win the game. Why not give your team the chance when the worse case scenario is Overtime? (Even with a Fieldgoal NWern would lose if Nebby scores a Touchdown)jlb1705;2028035; said:

I think going for it was a bigger gamble than kicking, especially after they way they were stuffed on the previous play. Fitz has guts though, and I tip my cap for him getting it right.
