I have a simple question for the Domers.

What game do you consider the defining win of the Charlie Weiss era?

(and by win I mean actually score more points than the opponents after the final gun sounds. Not win in the "we would have won if..." sense of the word.)

I respectfully disagree. They may be in a pissing contest but I don't think the Buckeye fans are in this thread. NDChief has just ludicrously suggested that the case can be made that Notre Dame is the best team of all time. Let's let him make it.

Eventually, the Domers will realize that there is no objective facts behind the illusions and "Rudy moments" that they believe makes their program so outstanding.

At best, since 1995, Notre Dame is a top 25 team. Even this year, it is very much over-rated in the polls. They will lose to USC. They will lose their bowl game. And next year will be the last year that we will hear about the genius Charlie Weis.

There is a real meltdown about to happen in South Bend and I personally don't want to miss it. They're not "back" and they're not gonna be, no matter how much talent they recruit.

I've seen it countless times on here, "NDC against the world!"

NDC: "ND is the best program ever."

BP Poster: "Oh yeah, Charlie's fat and likes cupcakes."

NDC: "Whatever, Woody choked and beat players."

BP poster: "Oh yeah, well his charitable side was never shown in the press."

NDC: "Here's some stats from a random website that shows ND is the best program ever."

BP Poster: "That's not even a trustworthy site."

NDC: "Woody sucked."

You missed the Strength of Schedule train wreck and NDChimp using the Chebacca defense almost exclusivly.

Instead you go for yet another lame attempt to drive the debate in another direction. Favorite tactic of those who know their fundamental argument is logically flawed.

Right, because everyone knows that in 2001 every OSU fan made their way to ND boards to talk about how relevant they were because of 1968.

I don't recall anyone saying your title from 1988 doesn't mean anything...just that you haven't done much since then.
