Its rare our running backs get a chance to make any plays, usually the offensive line is getting pushed back or letting guys into the backfield during the handoff. This is the best run blocking they've done all season.

Don't get too excited. Purdue = #9 team in Big Ten, according to Sagarin.

Good lord that's a terrible call. When going to the ground a receiver must maintain control of the ball. He didn't. Incomplete pass.

On that Tate catch, the replay was right. He got the foot down, came down, rolled, and then lost the ball. Clearly had control after coming down, lost it after the roll.

Good to see the youngsters making plays. Tate and Floyd are going to be really good.
