You know, the Beanie thing was such a downer today. Otherwise, it's been such a great day. About 80F with a light breeze. I did one of my old 11km runs along the ocean. OK, walked about half but that is still good on this knee. Spent time with the wife and daughter on the beach and got into the surf a bit. Big Ten winning all its games.

And these guys both sucking at once. I just think it is important to recognize those little moments when most stuff is going right. Life can be pretty good.

I couldn't agree more! Football is great, but the little things in life are so much better!!

Charlie has the same injury as Tom Brady. Hmmmm
