Notre Dame 35, Michigan 17 (final)

Zoltan Mesko making a good case for UM's offensive MVP.

I think this may be the worst football game at any level that I've ever seen. There could have been a lot of over/under bets for this travesty. # of plays that result in positive yards: 35. # of times Morgan :slappy: Trent gets torched like a Detroit warehouse on Devil's Night: 20. # of times both coches decide to go for it on 4th and long: 9. Tough calls.

scUM's run-blocking is pathetic. Morgan :slappy: Trent has directly contributed to both ND TDs (EDIT: make that 3). Good God, these coaches are just plain terrible. I can't believe I'm actually witnessing this. :slappy: Matthews just made a 7 yard catch, and he's talking shit to the ND sideline. Threet telegraphs every play like I've never seen. McGuffie just broke a TD run where the only player who almost tackled him was a UM lineman. It just doesn't stop!

Whoa, Cinci! Big Ten 5-0 today and winning big in the other two games going on right now. Iowa finally put Iowa State down. Power rankings will have Big Ten just behind Pac 10 for third place (up from 6th last year) so far. If the Buckeyes get it done, we could be in second place.

And, hey, TSUN finally gets on the board. Maybe RR finally realized that there's room to play in the secondary...

Speaking without my scarlet glasses on, Sam McGuffie is the real deal.

Morgan Trent is good in the open field, he is not a between the tackles kind of guy. However, he doesn't have to be in RR's offense.

Michigan's QB has a really bad habit of staring down his receivers....
