Notre Dame -12.5 at Purdue (ov/un 47.5) Sat 8 ET, ESPN

This POS is a saturday night game?

Fortunately, Nebraska-Wisconsin and Alabama-Florida are on at the same time.

That said, Boiler up! (Whatever the fuck that means)

Purdue likes to get up for this game, I don't know why. The last time we played them at Ross Ade it was a night game too, but that ended up being a close finish for us.

Still need to add a bet on how many turnovers our offense is going to have

Oh Danny boy, the hopes, the hopes are callin'
from glen to glen and round the cornfields too,
tis for your team, dear coach, that I am prayin'
for victory sweet to visit ol' Purdue.

Oh come ye back with tears for Brian Kelly,
and make him scream and twist his face in Angst.
Tis I will cheer with laughter in my belly,
Oh Danny boy, oh Danny boy, win for Purdue.

And if that doesn't work, fuck Notre Dame.

Over/under on the times the announcers mispronounce his first name as "Man tie" (it's pronounced "Mawn tee")...

Thanks for the confirmation, Mili. I've heard it pronounced as "Mawn tee" from a few on campus, but I always hear it as "Man tie" from announcers (Especially NBC) and most people I run into. I have to defer to the resident Hawaiian and can finally put this to bed.

I've been in Hawaii long enough to know how Polynesian names are pronounced, plus my neighbors (all locals) confirmed it. At least the announcers have been getting the last name right (Tay oh).

First play on offense, PU throws a pick into triple coverage.

Two plays later, TD ND.

Yeah, I'm watching this shit...not.

Stupid penalty by Purdue. They stop Notre Dame in the red zone for the 2nd time, and after the play a player started high fiving students on the field...drew a penalty and gave Notre Dame a 1st down. Kinda ticky tacky though
