Notable Undrafted Players

Interesting

If he signed with Detroit that would certainly be interesting. I'm surprised that he wasn't drafted, but he only hurt himself by having bad work outs. In regards to why he left early, there are rumors that he was having trouble academically along with the fact that his family was having some problems. I'm assuming that his immediate family needed money and couldn't wait another year. If he really did sign with Detroit already, I wonder if it has anything to do with the family problems I've heard about? I hope he latches on and does well wherever he ends up.

In addition to Simon Fraser, other notable players that didn't get drafted include T.A McClendon, Sammy Maldonado, Albert Means, and Michael Munoz. I was very surprised about Munoz and, to a lesser extent, McClendon. I would appreciate any info on where they my sign. Feel free to add to the undrafted list.

I'd say Shazor would indeed be one of the most notable non-selectees, seeing as he was an All American. I'm also surprised that no one took Jason White or Taylor Stubblefield. However, I'm not surprised that Timmy Chang wasn't picked...he was a purely product of June Jones' system. When he was in the groove he was fantastic, but when he was off he was flat out bad.

Tell me how the fuck you test positive for a test like that on possibly the most important day of your life... absolutely amazing... don't they make products that flush your system of weed? At least just go 1 week w/o it...

IMO this is a sign of something much larger than smoking weed...

that is exactly why it's such a big deal to the draft evaluators.. they can't understand why a draftee would be so stupid.. unless it's a BIG problem... it's not like it's a random date...

second level of stupidity is why a junior would come out... and NOT be drafted.. if an agent misled him into thinking he was going high, the agent should be blackballed... the athlete already gets his lifetime punishment... he's close to screwed...

Browns said yesterday they would be aggressively pursuing at least 14 undrafted athletes...
