"Judeo-Christian teachings" is such a broad term that it is essentially meaningless.

I was just pointing out orthodox Christian theology, which you can accept or not. You don't want to follow those teachings, you don't need to. But at the same time, don't jump all over my ass for pointing out a simple fact.

For purposes of the present discussion, that's an unimportant distinction. Nobody's talking about consigning football coaches to hellfire, or throwing rocks at prostitutes.
