By late December, the message on the back of the Central Connecticut State University practice jerseys was looking like a bad joke.
"Team meeting 3-11-07," the shirt read. In other words, when the NCAA bracket would be announced, the Blue Devils would meet to begin preparations for their NCAA Tournament opponent.
Considering Central Connecticut had made two trips to the NCAAs this decade, it didn?t seem unreasonable.
