Steven says tOSU is the leader with PSU in second. He does want to build a relationship with the Rutgers staff and plans a NLOID decision but says it could come earlier.

Does Warriner have a problem with recruiting or something? Jones and Knox both almost decommitted before signing day if i recall.

Probably doesn't help that he was interviewing for another job in the offseason

I know this comes as a shock (I still have trouble believing it), sometimes the other schools also have good coaches and recruiters. And where there is no doubt in my mind everyone offered by tOSU should commit immediately, inexplicably they sometimes go elsewhere for various reasons.

Agreed. Franklin is a good coach and recruiter. I also think he was able to offer immediate playing time due to scholarship reductions.

I wouldn't give up on him yet, folks. It's still just March. 11 months to go until signing day.

Besides, he didn't get enough time to do his due diligence with regards to visits to other schools. As Urban would say, this just means PSU is in his top 3
