Per Brian Dohn, Ohio State and Penn State are in the most frequent communication with 5* CB Nasir Richardson.
He's believed to be the top overall target on PSU's board. And has visits lined up to Michigan, Miami, Oregon, PSU, Auburn, and OSU (Kent State game on 9/19).
