You'll be happy to know that '10 CG/SG Taran Buie has made his commitment to PSU, I wouldn't expect it to get much easier beating PSU when a few years from now we'll have a senior Battle, probable sophomore PG Tim Frazier, freshman SG Taran Buie, senior Jeff Brooks, senior David Jackson, and a senior Andrew Jones. I hope MSU wins the NCAA title, but that your TV blows up a minute or two into the game.

I had forgotten all about that. It was almost like Drew should have asked the official if it was OK for him to take his coat off while the official was walking towards the scorer's table:! That was one of the worst technicals then I have ever seen called and as you mentioned change the tempo of the game.Jake;1443074; said:I rarely blame "the refs" but that second half was horribly one sided, and the technical on BU's coach was nonsense. Officials look stupid when they attempt to be mind readers, and that was no exception. PSU immediately went on a 10-0 run to open a 9 point lead, the Bears never recovered, and the officials played a large part in deciding the outcome.

The Lions got the "W" but I can only imagine the meltdown that would be taking place on the PSU board had the officiating last night been reversed. (Actually, I'd be over on scout reading it for laughs).

to both the Bears and the NitsNow I certainly can't blame the loss entirely on poor officiating. Part of it was simply that Penn State is a good team. Another part could be that Penn State is a lot closer and chartered 36 buses to take a hefty chunk of their student body to white out the Garden
