I was playing around with the customization feature and am pleasantly surprised. My custom OH IO shoes ended up being $110 bux. I had to pass for now. :(

doesnt look like they are charging extra for the customized shoes, thats just nike's prices. i'm prolly going to buy a pair tonight.

Love the idea of customizing the color scheme, but not crazy about the overall shoe design that it's stuck with.

There are other NikeID shoes that you can make scarlett and grey - I like the old-school Dunk Low shoes, and you can make them look pretty cool. I also looked at some of the running shoes.

Mine are red base with black swoosh and black tip , got the grey back tab color as well on the laces my writing just says OHIO STATE. They are pimp

Hey guys! The Nike people would love to know how their ad campaign is coming along on BuckeyePlanet, beyond the normal measurables such as click-through rates.

If, and when, you design shoes, it would be great if you could post your creation here in this thread for everyone to see. Perhaps we could actually influence the default design, that way. For example, we know that based on this campaign, they're going to expand the number of shoe types you can do this with.

Also, if you have actually placed an order (and don't mind), please send me (LongwoodBuck) a private message with your order number ONLY, as we'd like to be able to prove to the Nike reps that the ads are working, and advertising on BP was a good decision.

We recently lost our monthly minimum payment guarantee from SportsWar, so the success of these campaigns is critical to being able to cover our ever-growing monthly expenses.

Yeah, the spouse cleared that up for me. His personalized ones were the same price yet looked totally different.
