Pens have had shit results against the Rangers all season. Fortunately there are no shootouts in the playoffs

DeSmithe just took himself out of the game and now the Pens are down to 3rd string G Domningue. Not good

He limped off so it could just be cramping or a residual effect of the interference play earlier. This is a long freaking game so I'm surprised there hasn't been more going out and the shit melting ice out there too.

Got it. Yeah it's been a crazy game.
And I skated on the MSG ice one time years ago when it was open to the public. It was one of shittiest in terms of quality that I've ever skated on (it's the only pro-rink I've ever skated on, so I'm comparing it to public ice rinks).
Not surprised it's melting right now.
