Got NFS Underground 2 the other day. It's sweet. It has the GTA-type drive around the city idea, and then you pick up races just about anywhere. Graphics are amazing too.

The AI seems to be quite a bit better on this one--by no means perfect though. Only two complaints here. 1) The other cars can corner better than any human ever could, especially on the hairpins. That gets very annoying. 2) I can lead a race by 6-8 seconds until the last lap, then the other cars just magically seem better on the last lap (maybe I just suck that bad on the last lap). It's a really great game other than those two things.Clarity said:Exactly the same experience. Did you ever try going through at like 20 miles an hour? They'll go 25. It's hysterical. The AI is set up at the top levels to be yours + Xmph or some such nonsense. So it doesn't matter how well you race. You can never get too far ahead (because they'll break the sound barrier to catch up), and if you wreck, it's over.
