This game reminded me a lot of this year's Rose Bowl. Ohio State goes up 34-0, and coasts the rest of the way to a 41-21 win over Oregon. In the Super Bowl, Philly goes up 34-0, and coasts the rest of the way to a 40-22 win.

I was confused by the eagles approach the last 7 minutes.

The back ups were in which is weird because it’s the final game of the year. So I’d think you’d sprint through the finish line.

Second, why the hell did they go for it at the 50 on 4th down? 1 play later TD chiefs.

Yep. To clarify there had never been a player DRAFTED out of Alabama to score in a SB. Hurts was drafted out of Oklahoma.

what about Bart Star? PS, pisses me off that they ignore all championships prior to Super Bowl I. They also include stats from the AFL but ignore stats from the AAC, thus denying Lou Groza and Ooto Hraham recognition for much of their careers.

Same as any other game you have a comfortable lead...to avoid unnecessary injuries. Plus, it's nice to be able to empty your bench so some of those guys can say they played in a SB.

Because all of those guys go to work everyday too and helped the team get to the pinnacle. It was a great show in my opinion of togetherness. I applaud it
