The NFL wanted the Patriots, hated by everyone and with bad blood with Goodell, against the Rams, the team with no fans that took away their other franchises' ability to dangle a move to Los Angeles over every city in order to get free stadiums?

Shitty outcome doesn't equal conspiracy.

You think the NFL cares what the fans want? There was probably no conspiracy, but acting like “everyone hates them so surely the NFL didn’t want them there” is silly.

No probably, there was no conspiracy. People are just petty as shit.

They didn't want anyone there. They don't give a shit. They would've had no issue selling Mahomes or Brees and the Super Bowl is the Super Bowl regardless.

If the league is as fixed as people were going on about after the Rams/Saints game, we would've had multiple Rodgers/Brady Super Bowls by now. Or probably just gotten a matchup between the two best coaches in the league and two 40-year old all-time QBs, which everyone thinks the league chose to fuck the Saints out of.

In a game that would put an amphetamine freak to sleep. Brady did nothing, Goff did nothing, Gurley did nothing, Gronkowski had one real catch. I see people on FB ZOMG EVERYONE HATING ON DEFENSE...no, the defense didn’t make any big plays either. It was 4 hours of punt teams.
