Trying to be the smartest damn kid in the room and most Amazing QB developer by taking the rawer talent. JF with people schemed open would be fucking deadly. As his trouble is getting through his reads not throwing it to an open man

The stuff I read said Shanny wanted Mac Jones. The front office wanted Lance. Definitely would've been a nice landing spot for Fields.

Maybe, but Mac Jones could probably do what Purdy's doing in Shanahan's offense.

New England's offense was Tom Brady. They haven't demonstrated a clue about it since he left.
