Sadly he likely did. Refs just be incompetent
Lions scored a touchdown with 23 seconds left to go down 1. Dan Campbell was Dan Campbell to a T and went for 2 rather than the tie. What happened? I missed the second half. Would rather hear BP’s take than talking heads.

They did a throw back to Taylor Decker and he scored the 2 pt conversion. The refs threw a flag and called it illegal touching/inelleagiable man downfiled cause he didn't report. He also looked to possibly covered up. Decker on replay clearly goes over to report and the ref appears to nod at him
Lions went for again Micah Parsons offsides. Lions went for a it 3rd time Goff threw it low on a play that looked like it had a chance.
Lions lose by 1.
Love Dan Campbell, but he has some Brandon Staley in him that I have a hard time dealing with.
Here was the actual play. Thanks for the recap. Sounds like pretty much exactly what I was talking about when I said this earlier. Should have taken the points. I said that after they went for it on 4th down when it was a short FG attempt.
Also not surprising… more ref shenanigans
Troy/Joe said there were 3 different penalties they could have called on the Lions on that play. All were 5 yarders, so it would have been called back
Here's the thing though. The other penalties derive from saying #70 reported. He lines up at guard (penalty) and ends up covered by an outside receiver (penalty). If Decker reported, as he claims, and #70 didn't say anything (as he claims), then Decker's score should have counted.
#70 had a reported a few times earlier in the game and I think the ref just blew it. Of course, it's turned into a conspiracy on X.
