NFL Discussion (Official Thread)

Olave also lined up so poorly before one snap that even I knew it was going to be a run.. I think there might be some smoke there.

Second year player acting like a diva isn't the way to get paid. Sometimes you have to suck it up and deal with it.

I know this is OSU sacrilege and expect what will follow, but Olave isn't Davante Adams, at least not yet.

It's remarkable to me that many of my Raiders friends want Carr back. They forget how much they (rightfully) whined while he played for the Silver and Black.

They need to start getting reps in for O'Connell, the kid has an arm, is accurate, and isn't afraid to throw it.

Olave should realize it could always be worse, look what’s happening to Wilson in NY for Chrissakes. It’s clear he and Carr have zero chemistry, but he has to realize you don’t make that look like the QBs fault by loafing on routes. He should take some lessons from Thomas, who has to be just as frustrated given the awful throws heading his direction last night after he went a whole half even barely being looked at with 2 targets.

Russilo on his podcast this week said the Chargers home environment at Sofi is the worst he's ever seen it. Yes - Dallas has ALOT of fans and travels well but the Chargers are essentially playing 17 road games.
It's been that way since they moved from San Diego...most brain-dead franchise move in the history of pro sports, they went from a smaller more passionate city with only 2 pro teams and perfect weather to an overcrowded city of traffic hell that couldn't even support 1 NFL team, so let's put a second there now!!11!1!!!!eleventy-dumbfuck11!!!1!!!

Apparently the Q was a real dump though. When its too delapitated to host a Super Bowl in the perfect weather of San Diego, it's gotta be bad.

The Raiders are giving that move a run for it's money. At least people live in LA. Vegas is just a spot every other fanbase can circle and say "hey, it'd be cool to see a game there".

Vegas has kind of been in the Raiders footprint and isn’t too far from LA/IE for fans to make a trip for the weekend (not too far by west coast standards that is).

That said. I do think the Raiders should have moved to LA and Vegas should have taken either the Rams or Chargers instead.
