NFL Discussion (Official Thread)

I think the movie is called "Buffalo 66" where a gambler tries to kill a kicker who missed a field goal on a game he bet on (and lost).

Watching that Patriots ending I could see how a gambler could go nuts sometimes.

I don't know what the Pats' players were thinking.

Mac Jones can reshoot The Longest Yard once he’s in prison for murdering Matt Patricia.

I remember when Bill Belichick was so detailed-oriented that Patriot players would not risk extending the ball when diving at the goal line (according to Wes Welker).

Now Patriot players are throwing laterals when the game is tied at the end of regulation.

That dynasty is dead and I get the feeling the Hoodie will retire soon...maybe after this season. The Pats need to commit to a rebuild and I can't imagine Belichick wants to hang around for that. Also, Mac Jones is not the QB of the future there. He's garbage.

The NFL fucked up the Cole TD for Oakland and then doubled down on it after the game. That game should have never come down to the idiocy we saw. NFL stole one for the Raiders.

One of the worst calls I've ever seen.

Pretty fucking amazing weekend around the NFL, with 15 of 16 games in the books, there were three OT games, five games decided by a FG, two defensive walk-offs, the biggest comeback in NFL history, the dumbest lateral in NFL history, and 12 games decided by a single possession. The biggest margins were the Bengals by 11, the Browns by 10, and the Broncos by 9.

Since week 9, Trevor Lawrence leads the NFL in completion %, passer rating, and TD/INT ratio. Clemson Barbie has arrived.

The Jaguars now control their own destiny to win their division with three games to play.

Lol either way calling it one of the worst calls he's seen either he has not seen much NFL fuckery or is engaging in a lot of hyperbole

It can't be more than 100% wrong. This was clearly 100% wrong. Taking time to review it and still fucking it up is as bad as it gets.

I do engage in hyperbole, but that's the worst call I've ever seen because it was so blatantly wrong. You can usually make some jumps in logic to see why they made the call, but this time.. he was just out of bounds and it was clear as day. One feed they had during the game showed it, so they had access to it.

Anyways, I wish both teams would have lost.
