Mac is 21st in average depth of target. Pretty good for a rookie given the lack of explosive downfield threat the Pats (don't) have and their emphasis on ball control.

Yeah, the timing of removing Urban right ahead of a winnable game was definitely a conscientious move. If Urban is still there and they win, removing him becomes more problematic. Fire him and win the game and you prove you made the right move.
