How will the Buckeyes expected to fare in the 2024 NFL Draft you ask:

Six Buckeyes listed in CBS' Top-250 NFL Draft prospects for 2024

Six Ohio State products are listed in CBSSports' Top-250 NFL Draft prospects for 2024, which was released Tuesday. Wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. is ranked as the No. 1 overall player available.

Six Ohio State products are listed in CBSSports' Top-250 NFL Draft prospects for 2024, which was released Tuesday. Wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. is ranked as the No. 1 player available in the '24 draft, per this list. (Note, this is not a mock draft, it is a ranking.) The other Buckeyes who made the cut are defensive tackle Michael Hall Jr. (No. 43), tight end Cade Stover (No. 87), middle linebacker Tommy Eichenberg (No. 92), safety Josh Proctor (No. 153) and running back Miyan Williams (No. 237).

If those projections would hold true, Hall would be a second-round pick, Stover and Eichenberg would be third-round selections, while Proctor and Williams would be third day picks (rounds 4-7).

Penn State appears headed for the best draft among Big Ten teams, especially from a quality-over-quantity standpoint. The Nittany Lions have three players within the top 23 of the overall rankings (offensive tackle Olu Fashanu is No. 3, edge rusher Chop Robinson is No. 11 and cornerback Kalen King is No. 23) and two more that fall within the top-100 (defensive end Adisa Isaac at No. 73 and linebacker Curtis Jacobs at No. 98). The only other player listed from PSU is tight end Theo Johnson at No. 206.

Remember when Jim Harbaugh said Michigan would have 20 players drafted in 2024 and would set a new record? ...

Well, that is not going to come close to happening, but the Wolverines do have a total of 11 players listed in the top-250. Unlike Penn State, U-M's class is more in the quantity-over-quality category. The highest ranked player from Michigan is quarterback J.J. McCarthy at No. 32 overall. He is followed by defensive tackle Kris Jenkins at No. 47, wide receiver Roman Wilson at No. 78, offensive guard Zak Zinter at No. 83, defensive back Mike Sandristil at No. 102, linebacker Junior Colson at No. 107, running back Blake Corum at No. 124, offensive lineman Trevor Keegan at No. 127, center Drake Nugent at No. 124, wide receiver Cornelius Johnson at No. 160 and offensive tackle LaDarius Henderson No. 215.
