NFC Championship Game: Eagles(-3.5) at Cardinals

Eagles in a land slide. The last two weeks have been given to Arizona. My Panthers in a disgusting way might as well have forfeited after they gave up on the run, and the defensive scheme was awful as well. I'm calling for Mike Trgovac (Carolina DC's) head because of the scheme. Don't respect the run against a team who didn't have it for the first 15 games. The linebacker on Fitzgerald was what really [censored]ed me off though.

Philly by 13.

How have the last two weeks been "given" to the Cardinals? Maybe if the Cards opponents weren't out-hustled and out-coached, they might still be in the playoffs? Give the Cards some credit, they have been playing very well and have had great game plans.

I think the Cards can definitely win the game vs. Philly if they play the same way they did the last two weeks. If the week 15 Cardinals show up to play, the Eagles will win.

I have enjoyed watching everyone who wrote the Cards off the last two weeks be proven wrong!

Arizona man:biggrin2: This isn't about the game but I believe that Russ Grimm Is the Associate HC for the Cardinals but the Browns color analyst said that he heard when he was on the field during the Steelers/Browns game that Grimm was going to be the HC for the Rams. I have not seen or heard anything regarding that there was wondering if there were any rumblings about there about him leaving for the Rams:huh:

Jason Garrett flew to St. Louis Friday evening to meet for the second time with Rams' VP of Personnel Billy Devaney, who said the current Cowboys' offensive coordinator is "the leading guy" for the team's head coaching vacancy.

Doesn't look like STL is waiting for anyone. They interviewed Leslie Frazier earlier in the week.

Need a thread to discuss NFL coaching comings and goings. Garrett has been a hot commodity for a lot of jobs but has never gotten one. Grimm was one of the top candidates for the Browns before they hired Romeo:!

Sorry to deviate from the game:(

I hope they prove me wrong two more times. :wink2:

So do I Jake - keep picking against them!

Here's Kurt Warner and Larry Fitzgerald with Mikell in the middle.

Do realize I'm a pissed off Panther fan. Yes, they out hustled, out coached, and flat out out played the Panthers. That doesn't mean if they played 100 times they would've won the majority. Props to you guys, and I wish you luck through out. I just feel without 6 turnovers, quitting on the run, and a LB on Fitzgerald, we're talking about Philly @ Carolina. Not the fact that Julius Peppers wants out.

Good luck to both teams, both deserve a Super Bowl being starved for so long.

NFC baby!

By betting on Philly it's a win/win for me. If AZ wins, I am rooting for them because I tend to love the underdog, if they lose, meh, I win 50k vcash. The only time this fails is if they don't cover then I usually get pissed and throw a beer bottle through my window, followed by hours of screaming and yelling about how the gods hate me, then I drink myself to sleep and wake up wondering why it's so cold in my living room.

Somehow Arizona winning would have to put some pressure on Mike Brown to hire a GM

You are of course assuming Mike Brown actually wants his team to win.

I'm of the opinion he, and other Cincy owners that shall not be named, are all trying to find that perfect balance of mediocrity that will keep attendance decent but ensure they never have to pay the extra travel expenses associated with post season play.

So far I'd say they have it down cold.
