New Uniforms/Nike Changes (Basketball)

Why dont you guys just pull them out and see who can piss farther. Seriously, does it matter? The guy was a buckeye in terms of where he lived. Can we just move on from his collegiate aspiration (that were nil anyways)?

the uniforms look more like playground wear. however, if it keeps opponents from holding (oden) and helps officials determine when a player (oden) is being held, i'm all for change. considering that ohio state is one of only four schools opting for the new uniforms, i especially like the change.

Is this track or is this basketball? Also, with shorts that long they may as well be wearing pants... (as you can tell, I very much dislike them)
they're ugly as sin, but it's very possibe that the new uniforms will be beneficial to our team. heck, watching saturday's game for a second time, i noticed that at one point hunter's jersey was pulled about a foot-and-a-half from his body, keeping him from an offensive rebound. we all know that oden is repeatedly pulled by the shirt.

I understand your point and agree the tops can have a benefit... it's just a drastic change that most people will not like no matter what the benefits are.

I'm probably going to be in the minority, but those look awesome. I can't wait to see our guys show up in those. I think they will inspire everybody to show up in shape to say the least.
I agree you'll be in the minority... To each person their own taste.

What's the reasoning for the long-sleeved shirts underneath the jerseys?
wraps are supposed to improve blood circulation and help keep players warm when they're not playing. some guys just feel like they play better with them on. i'm sure it's a superstition thing for some. other than that, it's just a fashion statement.

they're permitted in the nba. i'm sure stern wants to change that. in college, compression shorts may not be worn to show below the regular shorts. shirt sleeves may not extend beyond the elbow.

I'm guessing none of the guys except maybe Lewis will wear the shirt.
