Probably because every top flight recruit sees facilities that are as good on all their visits to powerhouse schools like OSU. As a fan, that locker room is a favorite of mine and I'd play there in a second. As a recruit much more is needed in my decision

I don't think that's true. There aren't more than a couple programs with facilities on par with tOSU. I do agree that facilities are great at first impressions, and that most recruits look far deeper than a barber shop when making decisions.
