In 1612 with Japan in crippline peacetime after 150 years of Civil War ... 2 famed dueling swordsmen met on Ganryu island. Sasaki Kojiro was famous for his exceptionally long sword, Musashi for using 2 swords. However, Musashi left his swords behind in the boat and instead bludgeoned Sasaki to death with the oar.
