The reason the art of tackling is declining throughout the entire game, and conversely (my theory) why injuries are up, is because teams don't hit in practice nearly as much as they used too.

I honestly have no idea how he is supposed to tackle a guy whose head is the closest thing to him. He didn’t launch, he didn’t lead with his helmet, the guy is coming at him as much as he is going towards the receiver. It’s just not what the rule is for.
