Yeah absolutely. I don’t think he can have another season in which they can resort to the “it’s going to take time to build our culture” narrative. I mean that’s true to an extend but at some point it’ll become obvious that you just can’t compete in this conference. I like him personally from what I see/hear, but he might just be in over his head in this role right now.

I said it last preseason the big ten west should look out for PJ and Minnesota. I know most dislike his personality but it's who he is and he's passionate about what he does. It's really not an act.

If PJ can go to the cotton bowl with Western Michigan (gave us a decent fight in 2015), and be a on the cusp top 10 team here in Minnesota. Imagine what he would do at a school like ours.
This revolts people when I say it but if Ryan Day were to ever leave for the pros I would want PJ Fleck.
