So did I, except I couldn't have any visitors until our week six game. Well, I had a home game either in week 1 or 2, but I couldn't send out visits yet. But that's not what's killing me. I expected to lose a bunch to you and Fanatic. No, what's killing me is that I'm losing recruits to teams like Fresno. Fucking Fresno! I don't know what it is. Maybe Fresno's offering recruits free tattoos or something.

Fresno just picked off a recruit from me too!? A 4 star I led on for most the season and was pumping 60 minutes into the last several weeks.
Free tats? Nah, I think Pete Carroll ended up there.

I had to get my recruits in at week 4 (the ones who showed early interest) and it helped solidify my position a little, but that's not a great week to recruit, no commits then. My next open date is week 9 for visits. Going 5 weeks has let a lot of teams catch up to my early leads. I did get lucky on the FS you were going after with me, I had 2 consecutive weeks where I paid a recruiting "service" 25 grand to double my points for that kid and steer him to UCLA. I mean, he gave me a couple tapes and showed me that kid was for real....

For whatever reason, recruiting this season has been very tough. I think I only have two commits. I lead on a few others, but I was in on a ton of recruits that I ended up missing on. I don't think I got any first week instant commits.

I've done well for myself this season (relatively speaking) but this past week was brutal for me. I lost out on a couple 4-star guys that I had led for the entire way. Oh well, I only had eight spots open in this class and I've already filled them. The rest is just oversigning/upgrades - to hopefully filter out the last of the dead-weight walk-ons I've been stuck with and maybe even out the class sizes a little bit going forward.

I don't know who's doing it, but someone is definitely paying players to come to my school. I'm just gonna turn a blind eye and let it keep happening. My class is ridiculous.

I think we're all set. That game was horseshit. Won in the final seconds, they knocked out my starting rb and qb in the first 2 minutes. My backup looked like tate forcier against OSU. They had so many bs interceptions I was dumbfounded, I recorded 2 of them. The second was when they knocked my 2nd string qb out for awhile and the defender tipped the ball to himself about 7 yards down the field.
