Just got in another win for the Pirates, 31-14 victory over UAB. Pinkney has really started to emerge late in the season for me, which is freakin sweet. He went 23/35 for 256 yards and 3 TD's. I also had a pick six in the game (99 yards), but overall nothing too special about this game. Had relatively no running game, but I tend to think UAB has one of the better run defenses in the CUSA (but I could be wrong also). Anyways, now I just got UTEP at home and its off to the conference championship to face Piney and SMU!

Also, damn you BN27, stole TE Trey Woods from me!! I really wanted him! I definitely should have scheduled his visit to me later in the season!!

Since we advanced Saturday afternoon I don't think it would have been fair to advance again Sunday afternoon :biggrin:

The next deadline is Thursday night... please try to get your game/recruiting in ASAP so we can advance before then. I really would like to see us get through 3 'weeks' this week.

I'm no doctor but it looks like after we advance this week (should be rather soon as three or four people had byes this week), there are only 9 games left in the last 2 regular season weeks, none of which are human vs. human games. Then its the conference championships whereas Piney mentioned there will be 2 more human vs. human games in the B12 and the CUSA. Then its off to bowl season and the offseason.

Awaiting 3 guys to play their games... As of last night (meaning if you played your game after 9pm, I missed ya, but you are still getting a pm just in case)

As of last night still needed 3 guys to do their stuff. 'Surprisingly' 2 of them are also guys we are waiting for in the MAC league.

I got mine in last night, Air Force is "bowl eligible" on the back of its 'Savior' Stephens. He had 127 rushing 1TD and 200 Rec with 3TD, my QB played the full game also going for 350 yards passing and 4tds. I didnt have any injuries - everyone was healthy and I pasted TCU 35-21 (they scored 14 in the 4th). The game wasnt even that close. They scored on their first drive then I put 28 unanswered on Stephens 3 straight recieving TDs - all for over 35 yards each and a back-up RB REC TD.

Projections have me playing in the Poinsetta vs Nebraska...

How late last night? I think I checked sometime between midnight - 1am et

I knew who 2 of the guys were (BN & Bleed... I know... shocker on Bleed) I just couldn't remember if the 3rd guy was you or Smooth. So now I will just bug Smooth to make sure :biggrin:
