how did you leap into the endzone?


edit: and we got disconnected. is there a way we can sim it so IronBuckI wins? it was pretty lagged....i didn't want to sit there for 2-3 hours playing slow mo, get my ass kicked football.

Well...we replayed it and somehow I won. I don't really know how yet, but I'll take what I can get. I think the pivitol moment came when my controller was running low on juice and I had to plug it in and sit right in front of the TV.

You won for the same reason that I beat Piney. Turnovers. We didn't have any defensive TDs in our game, but the effect of stopping my drives and getting me off of my game was the same.

There might be a QB change in the near future. My backup has a stronger arm and better accuracy. Plus, he's slow, and I rely way too much on rollouts right now. A bye week and a game against WKU should be enough to get Hartline ready to take the snaps for the SEC season. That also gives me a backup that can move and I can put in for special packages. I really need to play more online games too. That's two offensive TDs and two FGs in two games vs. human opponents. :smash:

BN had a running game. He stuffed me in the second half, just like you did. Apparently, I can't handle pressure. :( Luckily, I won't have to play another human opponent until the bowl...at the earliest. I don't think that the SEC is going to be all that kind to me though.

I probably should've saved that replay. It'll probably be my best highlight of the season, and I was so pissed after the game that I just exited and shut the PS3 off.

I'm going to run the "I have a crappy team and that is why I am losing" reason. I will have so many freshman starting next year it will be sick :biggrin:

That's what I get for running with Texas Tech in my other dynasty and the throws I am use to throwing there are not so accurate with SMU.

Leaping over is the best part of the game - I've had a couple runs where a guy has the angle at the goal line and my runner will go up and over only to get up-ended and spin into the endzone - it's an awesome feature
