NCAA09 PS3 BP Online Dynasty

We've advanced? Looks like I have to delete Piney's bitch-ass dynasty again.

So I completed my first week and I'm wondering if the sliders changed? I played #8 Florida St. and won 70-14 with my Freshman tailback going for 532 and 8 Td's on 19 carries.

Recruting started off well as I got a hard commit from the #17 recruit in the country. A 5* OLB.

And I still will get drilled by someone this year I'm sure. I'm guessing Buchtel's still pissed about our MAC game.

Holy hell, what a difference 3* recruits make (shaddup, MSU and aTm). Three different true freshmen got interceptions, two of which turned into pick-sixes.

I also have a slider question. Did you lower user catch? I had six drops.

Also how is Okie State 6?

No clue... but how is the two time defending champion ranked #24? No respect... :wink2:

No clue why that is happening. Heck, it is kinda happening to me. Right after I advance it asks me to save. So of course I do, but no matter what the next time I log in I have to download the dynasty and save it again. Just odd.

Probably best not to save it at all and just download it fresh every time :wink2:

The sliders did change somewhat, but I didn't touch the RB sliders. But there is one thing I did do... I did switch up the penalty sliders. Hmmmm, maybe those do affect gameplay more than what they say?

To follow up on the slider question all I did was raise QB Accuracy 5 pts and then dropped WR catch 5 pts. That was the only game sliders I touched. But I did switch up the penalty sliders pretty good. Me thinks I might go back and tweak those back.

Colorado - Team Rating = 86 (79) - Preseason Rank #81
South Florida - Team Rating = 84 (79) - Preseason Rank #30
Oklahoma State - Team Rating = 79 (79) - Preseason Rank #6
Kentucky - Team Rating = 79 (77) - Preseason Rank #18
Michigan State - Team Rating = 77 (79) - Preseason Rank #24
BYU - Team Rating = 74 (79) - Preseason Rank #16
TCU - Team Rating = 74 (79) - Preseason Rank #32
SMU - Team Rating = 72 (69) - Preseason Rank #38
ECU - Team Rating = 67 (72) - Preseason Rank #50
Army - Team Rating = 67 (60) - Preseason Rank #58

I am back at work so I will most likely try to update the first posts and stuff sometime today.

Post #1 is updated with 2010 schedules. Double check them with what the game says is your schedule to make sure I didn't miss anything. For some reason the game would try to switch home/away games on me but I am pretty sure I fixed them before we advanced.

still waiting.........

hopefully I get it by the week 6 human game vs Okie State or sooner

and the computer doesnt lose to Colorado State again

Yeah, I delayed your non-conference human games in hope you will make it back for them. The conference games... well, I can't move them so just make it back in time, ok?

Did anyone else play week 1 yet? If so, did it seem pretty easy?

Is the next advance going to be this weekend?
I wouldn't say easy, but a 42-17 win against Louisville isn't terrible either.

I know that no one is going to feel sorry for me, but my players attributes may be better than I can control. Mike Hartline has 91 THP and 94 THA, but I was missing wide open receivers by trying to "steer" my passes too much. The team speed on defense is just ridiculous and I was over-running my breaks for INTs and I was only up 7-3 at halftime and down 10-7 for a second before yet another freshman speedster at RB returned the KO 100 yards to open the floodgates.

I really need to get used to Hartline being the QB, because I am used to having mobile guys with rag arms that I have to really exagerate how I lead my receivers. Hartline is very slow, but has great accuracy and arm strength.

I've yet to have a QB that I can throw accurately with no matter what the rating. In the MAC dynasty Nate Davis is pretty highly ranked and I throw a ton of picks.
