NCAA09 PS3 BP Online Dynasty

meh, you (Basebuck) are already playing 5 different guys in the B10P10 dynasty that aren't in this leagues Big 12. WOOD and 'mania are playing 4 different guys. I can't help it if you and WOOD can't get away from being each other's rival.

you bring up a point I wish EA would address....

I wish you could have new rivalries come about throughout the course of your "dynasty".

Yeah, but that sucks playing the same teams every year. It's already bad enough in the Big 12 with 3 teams. I like playing a variety of human teams. You play the same person 1 or 2 times each year the games get extremely difficult because they are so familiar with your style.

WOOD/Mania, what do you guys think?

Then change your style.

I actually thought about it a few seasons ago but I already had too much invested and Piney wouldn't give me a team that was equal to TAMU

Not many teams equal to TAMU now is there?

But regarding transfer requests. I kinda make sure certain players don't transfer out. I mean for example if Barbato (The guy that won the heisman) wants to transfer out... I will make sure Smooth keeps him. ESPECIALLY if he is going to another human player. As long as you seem to want him. (ie if you MAX him out, I will make sure a player like that stays) But I won't do that if you say 5 minutes a time, then I let the CPU determine his fate. But I only do this for the obvious guys that have been #1 on your depth chart and there is no way you really broke the promise.

I know the 2-3 times I have simmed to the next season it seemed like BYU was getting 8-12 players from the human teams. Must be something about them morman women

And yep, we advanced this morning. Had my marathon fantasy baseball draft yesterday (12 teams, 28 players each & the freaking thing lasted til midnight) And I must be getting old cuz all the crap I ate last night (and drank) messed up my stomach and am home from work today. Well, at least that is what the woman thought  I needed to sleep in a bit.

Regarding conference switches... I can do what I did last season. Since it basically was involved in the same step as going offline for transfers. But the only ones I have seen is BYU/TCU or SMU getting invited to the Big 12. Nothing involving Army. But I can check it out.

And I agree with Basebuck. The idea is to play everyone, playing the same 3-4 guys every year and not anyone else would not be fun if you miss out on playing the other 7 guys.

Also... will be updating Post #1 & the awards post after this. So that should be updated soon...

I should also state that if they were to join the conference it would be best if they were in the North division. This would be 2 teams in each.

The problem is so far 100% of the time the team getting kicked out is Baylor. You would think Iowa St would get kicked out once in a while.

Exactly. Win or lose in the NCG, I am switching to the Option Run offense in this dynasty, and going to try to switch to a pass happy offense in the other league. Should be interesting if I can keep everything straight, but at least it will be interesting.

Boxcar is the only one in this dynasty that isn't in the B10P10 dynasty, so everyone is playing everyone else. The Big 12 guys would still have one or two OOCs in most seasons too. So there would be a little variety.

Which is why I am a pass happy team in this dynasty and 'trying' to be a run oriented option team in the Big10/Pac10 if I can get the right players.

And Post #3 has been updated with the Awards & All-Americans.

CONGRATS RICHARD BARBATO, HB, ARMY WINNER OF THE 2011 HEISMAN AWARD

1. Richard Barbato, HB, Army
2. Casey Jordan, WR, Texas A&M
3. Andre Austin, WR, SMU
4. Roderick Shelton, HB, Kentucky
5. Tom Dorman, QB, Texas A&M

Seems like Dorman stole votes from Jordan.

Seems like Dorman stole votes from Dorman. So Jordan is denied a 2nd Heisman.
Jordan doesn't have a 1st Heisman...
