So you are saying I might have a chance to win??? In my other Dynasty I almost lost to Nevada and I am Texas Tech!!! Thank god Crabtree is just sick in this game.

On another note, I think Iron was the last guy that needed to play his game (besides me). Buckeyemania11/Colorado won't be online for a week and will be 'simmed'. So when I get home from work tonight I will play my game and then advance the week.

Haha I saw someone got stuck with that, that had to fucking suck, but hopefully we'll get to week 2 tonight and I can get my fresh start on the season and you can get your first game in! :biggrin:

Nope, we WILL advance early tonight. I should be home by 5pm, eat dinner with wife then play my game (maybe not in that order). So expect to be in Week 2 by 8pm et

I can still get online

the ethernet part of my modem busted (somehow) but I can get on using the USB port, but PS3 doesnt support USB internet connections

hopefully I get my new modem on friday or saturday

Damn I really should have practiced with these sliders some more, in my offline dynasty I crushed WVU 31-0, but this one was anything but that and it almost gave me a heart attack. Pirates prevail 14-9; greatest game #1! Haha, I love how those never save. Back to the drawing board, though, I need to figure out how NOT to throw crucial INT's...

Yeah, one reason I really like these sliders. Cuz really you should not be able to beat WVU 31-0, makes it more of a challenge and it might actually mean you lose to the CPU now and then.

Also I am pissed at myself this morning. I actually wrote down alot of the Week 1 results and stats/news but I forgot the paper on my kitchen counter this morning as I was planning on giving a summary of week 1 for everyone.

bm11... Colorado did win, so your simmed game didn't make you lose :biggrin:

Holding WVU's offense to 9 points is very good! Slaton and Devine are ridiculous in this game, especially with our sliders.

I gave up 23 points to Washington. Locker and the UW fullback are studs in this game as well, my score would've a lot closer if their fullback had breakaway speed. But luckily, my slow DB's were able to catch him from behind and was able to give up only two touchdowns.

I won my first game against #24 Fresno State 55-7

Balanced attack proved deadly.. about 250 yards on the ground and 250 thru the air.

Thankfully the recruits I am shooting for aren't being heavily recruited by the big name schools. SMU sucks so bad I think the highest ranked recruit that was interested in SMU is a 3 star. In my first game my receivers dropped around 10 passes. It also doesn't help that the game doesn't even have my starting QB in the game (dang spring suspension)

I am just hoping to keep my game against Kentucky close. Cuz really Iron... your team on talent alone should crush me.
