Sorry about that, but after two days of you not being online I figured that you a) did your preseason stuff as soon as I advanced to the preseason and just didn't mark that you were ready, or b) after not being online for more than 2 days, you weren't going to make it in the next 25 minutes.

Work has been nuts for me too, and I had to get to work early this morning. There was probably no way that I was going to stay awake for another hour to get this shit done. I did check to see if you were online before I advanced though, and you literally signed in 10 seconds after I started to advance.

If Redshirting is your main concern here, I might have a fix. If you haven't already played your first game. In past years, the computer would automatically redshirt any player that was not anywhere on the depth chart at any point in the season and got no playing time whatsoever. I'll simulate a season when I get home to see if it will still work like that. If you've already played your game, then there's nothing I can do except apologize.

So does this mean Temple might be able to score more than 10 points in a game?

Still not worried... and still going to have all my recruits visit Athens when I play Temple as that is my only 'gimmie' at home this season.

All opposing defenses beware: I have something that resembles an offense. My starting RB is a true freshman, and is a caged animal, just waitin' to be released on one of your asses. My #1 WR is also a true freshman who can outleap Shaq and outrun Carl Lewis.

Just joking. I really dont care. There are too many weeks in a season to wait on anyone. I'm all aboard advancing at certain times every week regardless if everyone is done or not.

Northern is garbage...I barely beat Iowa. I was down 20-10 with 2 minutes left. Drove down to about Iowa's 33. Called TO with 1:15 left. Kicked the field goal. Tried the onside kick, no luck. So I have two timeouts and there is about 1:10 left in the game. Iowa runs the ball first play for 1 or 2 yards, TO. Next play they call a play action pass. PICK FUCKING SIX!!! Hahahahahahaha...I love it. So we go to overtime, they get the ball first, I hold them to a field goal. I get the ball and put that shit in the endzone. 26-23, Northern.



This is going to be such a long season.

I just had a flashback to the MAC Championship game against fanatic. :smash: I wouldn't worry about NIU too much. It was the first game, and it was on the road. I bet you'll beat the hell out of Georgia next week.


It looks like I am the only one holding things up. I will get my recruiting and game in tonight, and we will advance as soon as I finish.

Iron... you are such a slacker. WE ARE WAITING ON YOU!!!! :p

This season is going to be FUN! :biggrin: Really I don't think I have to throw a pass the whole season as I have 2 RBs and my backup QB that can gain 20+ yards at will. The only downer is I gave up 2 garbage TDs late to make the score seem much closer (63-14) than it really was.

Now the real dilemna... do I start the frosh stud QB (ie Terrell Pryor) or play the strong senior QB (a more mobile Boeckman). I mean... I will have to pass the ball to beat Ohio State & Florida State right?

So many weapons on offense and so little time to use them all.

And I will predict it now... Top 5 recruiting class being built in Athens!

Looks like we'll both have to make the championship game if we want to have a battle of option offenses. With two fast freshmen QBs(and two others redshirting) and a stud freshmen at RB, I had to move Ontario Sneed to FB in Georgia Tech's flexbone system. This is the most fun offense that I've run on a video game in a long time.
