At least I did something right in our game. I would like to take full credit for knocking him out for two weeks...too bad slow ass P.J. Hill was still able to run all over me.

these sliders drive me nuts throwing the ball, my QB is completely set and there is a WR wide open on a slant, but he throws it way over the recievers head and right into the hands of a Minnesota DB

Sliders may remain the same, but the level is going to be switched back to all-american for next season. However, I may actually reset it all the way back to the default 50 across the board, and just setup as many human games as possible. If you play online anywhere else, you'll play with the default all-american sliders. So why not do the same if half of our games are going to be against human opponents anyway?

Every single one of us has had flat out stupid shit happen in these games, and I'd rather we be the ones dishing out the stupid shit on the CPU, rather than the other way around.

27 recruits come in for a visit... All 'A' or 'A-' visits... ZERO Commits... ZERO FUCKING COMMTS!!! 6-7 of those guys I was leading on heading into the visit! AND ZERO COMMITS!!! And top it off... the big FUCK YOU goes to Whobe... FUCK YOU!!! Bly gives him a soft verbal after an 'A' visit to Oregon???

Ok, now that I was able to rant... FUCK YOU BN! Really it was my fault for bringing in everyone and their grandmother to visit on one weekend. But that I blame Iron for screwing up scheduling Florida AT Florida

All crazy ranting aside... I did get 2 soft verbals. One guy I was leading on from day 1, and the other guy I was 2nd on his list from Week 2 on. And then I was able to crack the Top 3 of the #1 recruit in the nation which is huge for in-home visits (but he did soft verbal to Notre Dame this week). If I can get him that would give me the #1 & #2 recruit in the nation

Just so frustrating with EVERY sim I did (and from what Smooth said) when other people simmed I got commits. Even if it was some lower level guys so I can go balls to the wall on the high profile guys on my list. Oh well... Then again I can't complain as I do have 5 commits already

Good game Piney. Piney won 20-10. My D isnt fast enough to keep up with your QB. On the 70 yard touchdown he ran away from my dline twice. The guy was wide open. It looked like a screen. Nice last drive too.

I just dont have the pieces to fit my scheme yet. I suck at being throwing teams. It's way too easy to defend.

I had my target in my eye but was covered and then noticed your DE came free which forced me to scramble for a second was about to throw it away then I noticed my RB on an out route (not a screeen) I felt guilty about it, but you abusing those freaking QB sneaks and the amount of 3rd/4th down and shorts that you barely converted evens us out I guess

It was also nice to get you on a deep pass where my WR outran your CB

Oh, I only had one guy coming in on a visit this weekend (because he visited someone else on Week 11) Really... who did I feel better about being able to beat... BN or basebuck?

No problem with this at all. The two dynasties are different due to the amount of human games that will be played. When you play 6-7 human games you need those 5-6 cpu games to run up some stats to give your guys the chance to win the major awards.

Whereas in my dynasty, we only had 2-3 human games and the stats against the CPU made it impossible for a cpu player to win an award. Really... in this dynasty only one human player is up for the Heisman, and it is no surprise it is the guy that has played the least amount of human games. Versus my dynasty where the CPU is on the heisman list til about Week 3-4 and then it is ALL human players.

Naw, you had to throw some to keep me honest cuz I was starting to stop your running game.

And that last drive was great. I knew you were going to sell out to stop the run and I was able to throw in enough passes to keep you off balance. Thank god I have the TEs I have on my team. Dickson just kicks ass and the backup ain't shabby. And to think... I have a freshman that would be my 2nd TE but I redshirted him instead

I have made some additions to the first post of this thread. The changes spell out the same FB/TE issues that were addressed in both dynasties. The second one lays out the rules/possibilties for moving to another school within the Big Ten-Pac Ten Dynasty.

In case you don't want to go all the way back to the first page. Here they are.

5a. POSITIONS - There shall be no player with 90+ speed that can be listed in your FB or TE depth chart, unless they are already a TE or FB(their are only two such players in the game, and neither of them are on available teams). For the purpose of position changes during the offseason: A player must weigh at least 200lbs to be switched to FB or TE AND have speed less than 90. Any exceptions must be approved by me, the commisioner. On the rare occasion that a freak of nature with 90+ speed is honestly recruited from the list of FB or TE, the coach that recruited him will be allowed to keep them at that position. No "athlete" recruits with 90+ speed can be considered as FB or TE candidates regardless of size and strength.

Destination Jobs:

USC, UCLA, Ohio State, Penn State, and Michigan are the schools that I would consider "destination jobs". In the event that any of these schools drops below the 5* Program Prestige rating, they will be open to anyone currently in the opposite conference. e.g. Michigan dropping below a 5* rating means that any Pac-10 coach, not already at a "destination", may enter a random drawing to make the move to Michigan. Once you move to a destination job, you may not move again. Moving within your own conference doesn't happen very often in either of these conferences, so it won't happen in this dynasty. The coach of Washington cannot move to USC.

The Ohio State exception. For all of us, Ohio State is the ultimate job. In the unlikely event that Ohio State drops to a 4* program (can't happen before season 4), any coach may enter the random drawing to become the coach at The Ohio State University, with the exception of the person performing the drawing(the commissioner). That means that even if you are in the Big Ten and/or have already taken a job at a "destination" you may be allowed to enter the drawing.

Right now, Olaf is the only player at a "destination" and may not move anywhere else, unless it's to Ohio State.

But..................it was more of a sim lost. Wife came home, was not happy with me playing, so I had to stop. Did not want to quit, with restart so I just simmed......I was down a score and well.............simming did not work to well. Oh well, it evens out with the debacle at mizzou earlier.

Awesome. :( So no human vs. human Rose Bowl, unless Ohio State loses to Michigan. They own the tie breaker with Purdue and Illinois.

Oh well. If Whobe had gone undefeated he might have been in the NCG instead of the Rose Bowl anyway.

I played my game yesterday. Was down 21-7 early to Washington State. They returned a kick for a TD and an INT for a TD, both setting records. I came back and beat the shit out of them 56-28.

Only BN had to play his game but a few had to still recruit. Iron are we planning on advancing tomorrow?

But simming the game all together did cross my mind. But this week has been busy as I haven't even been able to log on for the last 2 days.
