What time are you getting home tonight to advance? Just so I have an idea when I should log on. Versus me logging on every 15 minutes and damning you everytime I see we hadn't advanced yet :wink2:

At least this week wasn't the one we were going to wait a week to advance or I might have died with anticipation. I am like a kid on Xmas Eve counting down the seconds until I get to unwrap all the gifts of recruiting commitments under my tree :biggrin: (or at least I better get some commitments or else I am screaming your name in vain)

I think I'm going to wait until Friday morning to advance...no reason to hurry, now that BN and I can't do anything until then anyway. :biggrin:


I'll be home at or around 6PM EST. Advance will happen shortly after that, unless EA decides to be their wonderful, reliable sevles again.

And yes... I am that big of a geek that I can't wait to find out if a recruiting visit leads to some commits.

We have advanced to week 12.

Buckeneye is too busy with other stuff right now, and has asked to be put on autopilot.

Iowa has been removed from the dynasty. We officially have an opening in the Big Ten if any new players want to join.

I will try to update the first post with rules that we've agreed to, so anyone that wants to join, and anyone that doesn't know already, will have a more clear understanding of what the rules are.

I will also try to get posts 2 and 3 updated. Since I don't have a game, I don't think that will be too difficult.

Good game Piney. Piney won 20-10. My D isnt fast enough to keep up with your QB. On the 70 yard touchdown he ran away from my dline twice. The guy was wide open. It looked like a screen. Nice last drive too.

I just dont have the pieces to fit my scheme yet. I suck at being throwing teams. It's way too easy to defend.

I almost lost to Minnesota at home in a week where a bunch of recruits were visiting, down 24-13 in the 3rd came back to win 34-27

at one point in the game every damn HB on my Depth Chart (3) was injured and I had to run a WR (Nick Toon) at HB for about a quarter

Lance Williams my speedster missed the last 2 games with a injury, comes back in this one and gets hurt in the 1st quarter, then comes back in later and gets hurt again (good thing hes only "questionable") and to top it off PJ Hill got hurt in the second quarter and is out for 3 weeks

these sliders drive me nuts throwing the ball, my QB is completely set and there is a WR wide open on a slant, but he throws it way over the recievers head and right into the hands of a Minnesota DB :smash:

Son of a bitch.

I was leading all year for the #1 SS. From week one I was first on his list. His top three, in order, were UCLA, Texas, Georgia. Tennessee and Florida rounded out the top five.

And he just signed with fucking U$C. My recruiting bar for him has been FULL for weeks! He was never even a soft verbal to me even though I still spent time on him.

And to add insult to injury, I am now only leading for one recruit. Last week I was in first for six. And I have no more home games. Maybe one more, but I don't think so.

I guess the moral of the story is that I flat out suck at recruiting.
