NCAA Tournament, the field of 65

Eight BIG EAST teams will have a chance at the 2010 NCAA Championship as the conference tied its own record for tournament bids from a single league.

The BIG EAST is the only conference that has earned eight NCAA bids in one season - a feat the league first accomplished in 2006 and duplicated in 2008.

Five of the BIG EAST selections were seeded on the top three lines of the 65-team bracket. The conference had one No. 1 seed, two No. 2 seeds and two No. 3 seeds.

The eight BIG EAST teams will face seven conference champions and one at-large selection in the first round of the NCAA Championship, which begins Thursday. (Big East press release)
The Big East so far: 4-5.

Syracuse #1 beat Vermont #16
West Virginia #2 beat Morgan State #15
xVillanova #2 beat Robert Morris #15 (by 3) lost to #10 St Marys
xGeorgetown #3 loses to Ohio #14

I'm just sayin'...and it's only 1 of the 32 games...not like I did all that great picking anything else...

There are just some match-ups that are overwhelmingly obvious, you know it's true.

Right...just like your Clemson posts. You seem to know it all Mr Vitale

It seems that so far Kentucky is getting every benefit of the doubt against Wake :shake:

I've been saying it since the brackets came out, but I think Wisconsin could beat Kentucky next week. They have the formula to frustrate and beat Kentucky. We shall see, but how slick would that be?

I picked that, so basically there's no chance in hell.
