NCAA Tournament, the field of 65

It sure would be nice if the Buckeyes were sitting in the draw where Villanova is.

As has been said by about a dozen people, how do West Va and tOSU, who seemingly are the top #2 seeds, get paired up with Kansas and Kentucky, who are the top two #1 seeds?

I understand having Kansas State outside of Kansas's bracket, but they could have been in Kentucky's bracket, with Nova in with Kansas, and then WVU and tOSU would be paired up with Duke and Syracuse.

I'll be creating vBet threads for each region, for each Big Ten team's game, and selected others.

Not all in but I agree with you on Purdue. Siena is already the trendy upset pick. Automatic fade for me just on that principle alone. Besides that I think Purdue will be burning to redeem themselves from that debacle against Minny.

If you want to get some money in a good spot go fade the bubble teams that didn't make it, in the NIT. Illinois, for example, has to go play at fucking Stoneybrook out on Long Island in what I'm sure is a 2,000 seat HS size gym. :slappy:

I'm willing to wager a buck or two we don't get their "A" game.

Problem with Purdue is that even if they play their best, Siena is gonna be a tough one for them. Losing Hummel was absolutely devastating. They have no way to make up for what he brings to a game. Siena is NOT as good as they were last year, but without Hummel Purdue would probably have been an 11 seed in this tournament. I just don't see anyone on Purdue really stepping up and filling that gaping hole. Who's gonna give them the points and rebounds. Keaton Grant hasn't really given any reason to think that he could step up.

Could be a good game, but I think that Siena is the better team now.

I haven't read the whole thread, but I'm sure that this has been touched on: Why is everyone riding Georgetown all the sudden like they are some gift from God. Simply because they have the No. 1 SOS in the country??

They're good, no doubt but what is this BS about a 2 seed and then unwarranted respect that makes them better than Ohio State. They could win, obviously, but I don't see any evidence of them being some great team all the sudden. Against the top 4 in the Big East they were 3-5. Maybe it's just me.
