I know that I keep bragging about this recruiting class, but god damn! this year has kicked ass. Morrow is an 81 OVR DE with an all around game, and Jennings is the second #1 safety signed in as many weeks. 79OVR, with good size, speed, etc..

I'm not going to get the tackle that I trail Piney for, and I'm not going to get the DT that I trail Olaf for, but missing on those guys won't kill my class, they would've just added high quality depth to an already amazing recruiting class for USF this year.

Damn this is fun!

Fucker... Jennings couldn't wait one more week when I had a scheduled visit with him... damn it

And no... you better not be able to get that T you are chasing me on. So just give up now

Nice get fanatic... I would have chased him more if I already didn't have 3 OLB in the bag that are ranked > or = to him. It was easier since he was the slowest of the 4. But I would have liked 4 OLB in this class, and it looks like my 4th guy is going to West Chester after a late push by him and me just not spending enough time on him til it was too late.

As predicted, I didn't get either of the guys that I was trailing Piney and Olaf for, but it looks like Clemson was able to take advantage of the struggle between Olaf and I to land a pretty good DT.

All set.

I just got another commitment from a 78 (+2) DE, what was weird is I was leading but the color just turned green. I don't know if I've ever had an instant commit, other than when I offer, when the meter wasn't full.

I've got 5 spots left. On my board I have 6 guys that I am #1 for...

HB - I only want the top 1 but am keeping the other 2 on my board. I didn't spend anytime on the bottom two in fear of them instant committing after the DE
- 74 (+6) but a 96 SPD and 90 ACC
- 72 (+3)
- 70 (+1)

WR
- 79(+2) 93 SPD/92ACC/88 Route

FS
- 73 (+3)

ATH
- 80 (+4) 94 MCV along with good receiving skills

All of a sudden I have a chance to close out with 11 guys +77.

Also, that 17 point win against Toledo must've really impressed the voters. Because you just jumped Me and Piney, and are now ranked #2.

I didn't even catch that. Both games today I simmed the defensive possessions to just get through the games quicker. The numerous close calls I've had against average teams should preclude me from BCS bowls.

I'm going to have to doublecheck conference championship game locations in the offseason. I just played the PAC-12 CCG in Denver, in the snow. I thought that I had the CCG for the PAC-12 being played at the highest seeds home stadium...apparently not. I won by alot, but it took some getting used to before I could stop the Northwestern offense. Luckily their kicker sucks, and they weren't able to maintain any of their early momentum by making kicks.

Speaking of NU missing kicks, I'm really kicking myself right now. NU lined up for a FG in the first quarter, so I grabbed my coffee while the play was running. Their kicker is so bad that he left a 30(ish) yard FG short, and my returner caught it in the back of the endzone. Since I was drinking my coffee, the CPU controlled him while he took it out of the endzone to the 13 yardline. There was all kinds of space open for that return, and this guy is one of the fastest guys on my team. If it weren't for the coffee, I would have had my first ever FG returned for a TD. :smash:
