Looks good, except program stability needs to be changed from a C+ to a D+.

I spoke too soon about yours looking good. You can keep your recruiting pitches the way they are, if you want to, but you made it too hard on yourself. There's 3 or 4 categories where Buffalo has better pitch ratings than West Chester. If you click on the "Eligible Teams" link in the first post, you can see what all of the settings for Buffalo should be.

I've updated the first post by clarifying (or possibly confusing) the promotion and relegation rules. I've also put all of the teams in the correct conferences in the conference hierarchy spreadsheet. The madness behind where I put the teams is based on school prestige, and overall team rating. The game has 10 6* programs, and all ten are in the A+ rated SEC. There are 11 5* programs, and 10 of them are in the A rated Big Ten. And so on. Take a look at the conferences, and the promotions/relegation guidelines and let me know if they make any sense.

I can't check while I'm at work, but if Fanatic got Spartanburg's program stability rating fixed, then I'll try to get this dynasty online tonight. It takes a long time to move all the teams around, so hopefully I don't have any distractions.

I'm pretty excited to get this thing going. Not only because I'm starting from scratch, with a shot at moving up as I get better, but also because I'm trying out a couple of new offensive and defensive schemes.

Call me crazy, but I think that I have to turn coach contracts on in order to improve a coach's prestige. In Olaf's Dynasty, fanatic, shehade, and I are all stuck with a D rating for coach prestige. That has to be because of the coach contracts, doesn't it?

You can turn it on, we won't be changing teams anyways.

I forgot to move my team to California, so now I have pipelines to CA, TX, and NV, but my team is still located in NY. It took me almost an hour to set this thing up, so I hope you guys don't mind having all three of us in the eastern US.


I'm a moron.
